1. All sale are final, no refunds or return. 2. Prices are subject to be change. 3.All appointment made for large parties requires a major credit card. We require 24 hour notice for cancellations. Anything less than 24 hours and appointments that required a credit card will be charged 20% of your reserved services. 4. Please be courteous of others and arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. In the event that you cannot, please call in advance. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointed slot may be given to another client and will be considered a NO SHOW . Or your service may be shortened if your appointed slot has not been take. 5. Client will be charge according to our pricing list and not be offered any refund or credit due to changing mind or dissatisfaction. We will fixing immediately by notifying our staffs. 6. Gratuities in cash are greatly appreciated. 7. We are not responsible for any items lost or left behind. 8. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Encore Nails Gift Certificates are acceptable tenders for all services. All other forms of payments, including checks will not be accepted. 9.
